Dr. Merita Toska është Pedagoge dhe Koordinatore e Programeve Master Profesional dhe Shkencor në Administrim Biznesi, në Polis Business School – Fakulteti Planifikim, Mjedis dhe Menaxhim Urban. Karriera akademike nisi në Universitetin e Bologna-s (Itali), për të vijuar në vitin 2008 në Universitetin Zoja e Këshillit të Mirë (Tiranë) dhe prej vitit 2015 në Universitetin POLIS si pedagoge dhe kërkuese shkencore. Njëkohësisht, Dr. Toska është Eksperte me mbi 15 vite eksperiencë profesionale në çështje të zhvillimit ekonomik dhe financave publike (angazhuar në më shumë se 35 projekte kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare) pranë Co-PLAN, Instituti për Zhvillimin e Habitatit.
