Francesco Scasciamacchia (Lecce, 1982) është një kurator dhe një studiues që punon në kryqëzimin midis artit bashkëkohor, studimeve kritike dhe performancës. Ai mori doktoraturën në Dramë në Universitetin Queen Mary në Londër (2015) dhe mori pjesë si Studime Kritike në Programin e Pavarur të Studimit të Muzeut Whitney të Artit Amerikan në Nju Jork (2013-2014). Më parë ai ka qenë Asistent Profesor në Universidad de las Americas në Puebla, Meksikë dhe ka punuar si kurator dhe organizator kulturor në institucione të ndryshme si Muzeu Jumex, Mexico City; Fondacioni Arnaldo Pomodoro, Milano; Viafarini, Milano; dhe ishte një bashkëpunëtor i rregullt në revistat e artit si Flash Art dhe Mousse.
Ai është bashkëthemelues i organizatës jofitimprurëse të artit cijaru që punon mbi artin bashkëkohor, lokalitetin dhe mjeshtërinë në rajonin e tij Pulia në Itali. Aktualisht është pedagog në Departamentin e Artit dhe Dizajnit në Universitetin Polis.
