Arkitekt AUTH, MA, D.Phil. Sussex, Profesor Emeritus i Universitetit të Thesalisë. Ka shërbyer në UTH si Prof. i Politikave të Infrastrukturës, Departamenti i Planifikimit dhe Zhvillimit Rajonal, Drejtor i Njësisë së Kërkimit të Infrastrukturës, Politikave dhe Zhvillimit të Teknologjisë dhe i Njësisë së Inovacionit dhe Sipërmarrjes. Ka qenë Dekan i Shkollës së Inxhinierisë dhe Kryetar i Departamentit. Profesor vizitues në CURDS (Newcastle) dhe bashkëpunëtor i lartë kërkimor DPU, Bartlett School/UCL. Për një kohë të gjatë, anëtar i Komitetit Ekzekutiv të Shoqatës së Shkollave Evropiane të Planifikimit dhe përfaqësues i tyre në Rrjetin e Shoqatave të Arsimit të Planifikimit Global. Përfaqësues i Kryetarit të Bashkisë së Athinës në Komitetin Ekzekutiv të Organizatës për Planifikimin dhe Mbrojtjen e Mjedisit të Athinës/Attiki (2011-2014), dhe President i Autoritetit Portual të Volos (2018-2019).
