PROFILI AKADEMIK
Prof. Assoc. Dr. Xhimi HYSA është Profesor i Menaxhimit të Biznesit pranë POLIS Business School (PBS). Prof. Hysa ka mbi 15 vjet përvojë akademike në nivel kombëtar dhe ndërkombëtar. Ai ka dhënë mësim në Universitetin “La Sapienza”, LUISS Business School, Hochschule Mainz School of Business, Universitetin EPOKA dhe Universitetin e Tiranës, ndër të tjera. Prof. Hysa njihet si një nga pionierët akademikë në Evropën Lindore për lëvizjen e biznesit social. Së bashku me Çmimin Nobel, Prof. Muhammad Yunus, ai ka bashkëthemeluar në Shqipëri Qendrën Kërkimore Yunus për Biznesin Social, e para e këtij lloji në të gjithë Evropën Lindore. Prof. Hysa është gjithashtu sipërmarrës dhe konsulent biznesi. Ndër organizatat e këshilluara nga Profesor Hysa renditen edhe Programi i Kombeve të Bashkuara për Zhvillim (UNDP) dhe Ministria e Arsimit dhe Sportit në Shqipëri.
