PROFILI AKADEMIK
Malvina është arkitekte e diplomuar në vitin 2012, në Fakultetin e Arkitekturës dhe Dizajnit të Universitetit POLIS, ku u diplomua me titullin Master Shkencor në Arkitekturë dhe Dizajn Urban. Pas përfundimit të studimeve, Malvina u përqendrua në aktivitetet e saj kërkimore, në programin Master profesional në fushën e Strehimit dhe Zhvillimit të Infrastrukturës. Këto studime, të drejtuara nga Universiteti POLIS në bashkëpunim me Insitutin IHS – Erasmus në Roterdam, i thelluan interesin për kontekstin urban dhe ndikimin e arkitekturës në jetën e qyteteve.
Angazhimi kryesor i Malvinës, prej vitit 2013 është si pjesë e stafit akademik me kohë të plotë në POLIS, ku dhe finalizoi studimet doktorale në programin e përbashkët mes Universitetit POLIS dhe atij të Ferrarës në Shtator 2021, me fokus në studimin e Tipologjisë dhe Dizajnit të Hoteleve Komuniste ne Kontekstin Shqiptar. Ndër eksperiencat e tjera profesionale, mund të permendet kontributi në projekte ndërkombëtare, si “Gradua”, “IDEA”, “DRIVE” në POLIS (2019-2022), “Homo Digitalis” (2023-2025), projekt kërkimor 6-mujor pranë Universitetit të Molisës (2018), workshope ne kuadrin e Programit Doktoratë, Javëve të Arkitekturës, Javëve të Dizajnit në POLIS etj.
Njëkohësisht angazhimi i Malvinës në POLIS është zhvilluar edhe në procese të tjera si: Drejtimi i Zyrës së Karrierës dhe Shoqatës “Alumni” (2019-2023), koordinimit të Masterit Ekzekutiv në “Restaurim, Konservim dhe Valorizim të Trashëgimisë Kulturore (2023-2024). Aktualisht ajo ushtron detyrën e Drejtuesit të Departamentit të Kërkimit Shkencor në Fakultetin për Kërkim dhe Zhvillim prej Tetorit 2023 si dhe prej Tetor 2024 edhe atë të Supervizorit të Programit Ndërkombëtar “Doktoraturë në Arkitekturë dhe Planifikim Urban”, program i përbashkët me Universitetin e Ferrarës Itali.
