Prej Muajit Maj 2022 i eshte bashkuar stafit te brendshëm ne U-Polis si lektor ne Departamentin e Mjedisit.
Ka përfunduar studimet e larta në Universitetin e Tiranës, Fakulteti e Shkencave të Natyrës në Degën Biologji-Kimi në vitin 1994.
Prej vitesh ka punuar si mësues i Biologjisë në arsimin parauniversitar (AML) dhe pedagog në lëndët e metodikës së Biologjisë. Ka mbrojtur të gjitha shkallët e kualifikimit me rezultate të shkëlqyera. Ka marrë pjesë dhe është çertifikuar në shumë trainime në fushën e zbatimit të kurrikulave, vlerësimit dhe drejtimit të shkollave. Gjithashtu ka marrë pjesë në disa projekte kombëtare në fushën e edukimit.
Si mësues i Biologjisë në Gjimazin “Asim Zeneli” ka patur rezultate të shkëlqyera në Maturën Shtetërore, duke u shpallur “Mësuesi i Vitit 2021”.
Në bashkëpunim me AOS (Albanian Ornithological Society) ka ngritur Conservation Youth Club of Gjirokastra, një klub rinor për mbrojtjen e Kalit të Qyqes, duke organizuar dhe realizuar aktivitete sensibilizuese dhe veprimtari monitoruese në terren.
Në vitit 2013 ka fituar gradën “Doktor i Shkencave” në fushën e Gjenetikës së Popullatave pranë Universitetit Bujqësor Tiranë, Fakultetit i Bujqësisë dhe Mjedisit.
Në fushën akademike është referues i punimeve shkencore në 13 konferenca kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare, dhe autor ose bashkëautor në 16 artikuj shkencorë, nga të cilët 2 me Impact Factor.
