PROFILI AKADEMIK
PhDc. Ing. Albina Toçilla është diplomuar në vitin 2017 në nivelin Master, në degën e Inxhinierisë së Telekomunikacionit pranë Fakultetin e Teknologjisë së Informacionit, Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës. Prej me shumë se 4 vitesh është e angazhuar në mësimdhënie pranë Institucioneve të Arsimit të Lartë dhe se fundmi mbaj detyrën e zv.Dekane e Fakultetit të Kërkimit Shkencor në IAL Universiteti Polis. PhDc. Ing. Albina Toçilla ndjek studimet e ciklit të tretë (Doktoratës) në programin “Double Degree” që zhvillohet nga Universiteti Polis, Shqipëri dhe Universiteti i Ferrara, Itali. Gjatë periudhës së angazhimit të saj në mësimdhënie PhDc. Ing. Albina Toçilla ka marrë pjesë në konferenca shkencore kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare dhe ka botuar artikuj shkencorë si brenda dhe jashtë vendit. PhDc. Ing. Albina Toçilla është e angazhuar në mësimdhënien për lëndët me fokus rrjetet kompjuterike dhe “SmartCity”.
