ACADEMIC PROFILE

Doc. Dr. Merita Guri is the coordinator of the Civil Engineering program at the Faculty of Architecture and Design.
Since 1988, he has been part of the academic life in Albania with a wide experience in the field of designing residential, industrial and social facilities.
He received the title of Doctor from the Polytechnic University of Tirana in 2015 with a research topic focused on the techniques of strengthening buildings with a masonry structure.
The interest of the teaching field focuses on masonry constructions, steel constructions, building materials as well as studio and diploma projects with the students of the scientific master.
