Elona Karafili

Dr. Elona Karafili is a qualified expert in urban finance and economics with a wide range of experience, including several leadership roles. Dr. Karafili has experience in project management, Horizon2020, Erasmus+ KA1 and Erasmus+ KA2. She has been a lecturer and researcher for 15 years at POLIS University. He was the head of the Internal Quality Assurance Unit and is currently the Vice Rector for Projects and Innovation at POLIS University.
Dr. Karafili has participated in many international projects as a project manager, has several publications in local and international scientific journals, and has participated in numerous national and international conferences. Her areas of interest and expertise are regional economic development, local and regional innovation systems, and business-academia collaboration.
