POLIS University participated in the Second BAUHAUS4EU Forum, a major international event organized by the BAUHAUS4EU Alliance – the European University for Resilient, Sustainable, Inclusive and Beautiful Regions. The 2026 edition of the forum was hosted by the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland, where POLIS joined partner universities from Germany, Sweden, Portugal, Italy, France, Bulgaria, Greece, and Poland.

The forum represents a key gathering for the BAUHAUS4EU Alliance, with the primary objective of strengthening collaboration among partner universities, public authorities, businesses, and local communities to support sustainable development and drive the positive transformation of European regions.

The event brought together approximately 300 participants, including students, doctoral candidates, academic and administrative staff, as well as representatives of national and European institutions, socio-economic partners, and regional and local authorities. It served as an important platform for strategic dialogue, the exchange of experiences, and the development of joint solutions for the future of higher education.

The main highlights of the forum included:

  • The inauguration of the new Green Campus in Poland.
  • The International Conference “Transforming Regions for a Sustainable and Beautiful Europe.
  • Official meetings of the Council of Presidents and the Advisory Board.
  • Strategic working sessions among BAUHAUS4EU Alliance partners.
