The Academic Secretariat is one of the most important units for the effective operation of POLIS University, ensuring accurate administrative services and proper documentation between the student community, academic staff, and relevant public institutions. It operates through an electronic information management system and is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficient functioning of the University’s academic infrastructure. The Secretariat provides services for all full-time and part-time study programmes.
In addition, the Academic Secretariat serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students seeking information about studying at U_POLIS. It also facilitates consultations with the Marketing Office and the Vice Deans when needed.
