Emanuela Toto

Dr. Emanuela Toto studied in Italy at the Polytechnic University of the Marche region. He finished his bachelor’s and master’s degree with maximum results. In 2020, he received the degree of Doctor of Sciences. Dr. Emanuela Toto has long experience working with international research organizations and has implemented more than 10 projects funded by the EU and the UN. The implemented projects include Albania, other Balkan countries and Italy. Dr. Emanuela Toto has participated in many conferences, workshops, etc. in which she was a presenter, trainer, convener, co-convener and speaker. It is also engaged in various voluntary organizations and has been evaluated by the authorities with a letter of reference for assistance after the 2019 earthquake for the realization of the Post-Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA). Dr. Emanuela Toto has various certificates and speaks English and Italian.
