To: Students and Alumni of POLIS University

POLIS University would like to inform all students and alumni that, due to the temporary suspension of services by the notaries collaborating with the University during the summer holiday period, from 1 August to 19 August it will not be possible to issue documents requiring Apostille certification for use abroad.

To avoid delays or missing application deadlines, we strongly recommend that requests for such documents be submitted during the month of July or scheduled after 20 August, when the service will resume as normal.

Please note that certificates of enrolment, transcripts of records, and all other documents intended for use within the Republic of Albania will continue to be issued without interruption throughout the summer period.
