PAY THE UNIVERSITY APPLICATION FEE AT ALBANIAN POST OFFICES USING THE INVOICE GENERATED THROUGH THE U-ALBANIA PORTAL️

We would like to remind all high school graduates and applicants that the University Application Calendar for the 2026–2027 Academic Year has been officially published.
The application process for public and private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) will once again be carried out in three rounds.

RAUND

Important Dates:
Application fee payment: 3 July – 24 July 2026
Online submission of Form A2: 27 July – 1 August 2026
University enrolment: 26 August – 8 September 2026

The first step in applying to any public or private university is paying the application fee to the Educational Services Centre (QSHA).

Payment deadline: 3 – 24 July 2026

How to proceed:

Log in to the U-Albania portal and access the “A2 Application” section using:
Your Personal ID Number
Your Matura ID
Download the payment invoice from the portal.
Pay the fee at one of the following:
Albanian Post Offices
Any second-level bank

Important: Payment is mandatory in order to continue with the next steps of the application process.

After completing the payment:

Scan your payment receipt in PDF format.
Upload it to your account on the U-Albania portal.
Your high school will verify the payment and provide you with the 6-digit code required for the next stages of the application.
