Sonila Murataj

MSc. Sonila Murataj is a lecturer at the Faculty of Research and Development, Department of Scientific Research. He completed his studies at “EPOKA University” in “Computer Engineering”. She has worked in a company for Software Development and Social Media Marketing, also for about two years she works as a “Social Media Manager” individually. 

With an experience of over 3 years in the academic field at several different private universities, she is now part of the academic staff at Polis University as a lecturer, where she has developed various subjects such as: web programming and design, programming language – “java object oriented”, database, data management systems, AI and in some other subjects. 

She has also been a member and has organized several workshops with different topics in the field of computer science but also career development and student employment.
Sonila has organized several different trainings, where recently, trainer and lecturer in the “Girls in ICT Albania 2024” workshop. It is worth mentioning her contribution as a member of the organizing board in “Tirana Planning Week 2024”, in the development and maintenance of the website, and as a member of the “STEM and Digital Skills (from STEFORA Project)” workshop. Also, Sonila has participated in various projects aimed at developing technological skills. One of these is the project from British Council Albania, which has offered the opportunity to develop new skills in technology.

For about 2 years, Sonila has been working at Polis University at the Department of Scientific Research as a lecturer, where she has also contributed to scientific works.
