POLIS University in its organizational structure consists of three main units, faculties, an interdisciplinary study center for innovation. Each faculty is organized in basic units and has two departments and a research center.
Part of the university are also three affiliated units, the Co-PLAN habitat development institute, the MetroPOLIS architecture studio, and an incubator.
