The department of Architecture and Engineering of POLIS University in collaboration with the Albanian National Committee of Large Dams (ALBCOLD) and SISGEO organizes the workshop “Monitoring of earth fill dams”.
This two-day workshop is aimed to explore the critical aspects of monitoring such vital structures through a combination of lectures and site visits.

The first day consists in two open lectures:
Mr. Arjan Jovani “Large dams and reservoirs in Albania”
– Mr. Daniel Naterop “Monitoring of earth fill dams and other geotechnical structures”

The second day consists on a site visit in the dam of the Tirana Artificial Lake.
The workshop is open for all engineers, professionals, researchers, and students who are willing to expand the knowledge exchange ideas and foster collaboration.
