ACADEMIC PROFILE
I am a computer scientist with 40 years of extensive experience in computer science and information technology. I hold a PhD in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science and a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics. I hold the ‘Professor’ Academic title since 2016. I have worked in industry and have also taught in several universities in Albania and United States. I am currently teaching at the Department of Computer Science at the POLIS University in Tirana. I have previously taught Mathematics at Agriculture University of Tirana (1976-1984) and Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston (2002-2004). I have taught computer science courses in INIMA from 1985 to1997, Northeastern University in Boston, Benjamin Franklin Institute in Boston, and Cambridge College from 2002 to 2010, European University of Tirana from 2010 to 2014, and Sacred Heart University, Gateway University and University of New Haven in Connecticut from 2014-2019.
