MERITA TOSKA

ACADEMIC PROFILE

Dr Merita Toska’s academic career started at the University of Bologna (where she completed her BA, MSc and PhD studies) and continued in 2007 at the University of Our Lady of Good Counsel (as a teaching assistant) and from 2015 at POLIS University as a lecturer and researcher. At the same time, Dr Toska has worked for the Bank of Albania (till 2015) and is an Expert with over 15 years of professional experience in economic development and public finance issues (engaged in more than 40 national and international projects) at Co-PLAN, Institute for Habitat Development. Since September 2023, Dr Toska holds the position of Vice-Rector for Academic Processes and Students at POLIS University.
