ACADEMIC PROFILE
Emi Hoxholli is coordinator of Polis Bussiness School and lecture of finance and accounting courses. In 2021, she completed PhD studies in economy at Agricultural University of Tirana with thesis “Internationalization of small and medium enterprises and their role in performance – Case of Albania”. Emi Hoxolli, has more than 13 years of job experience in accounting and auditing, working in public and private entities, such as: Moore Stephens International Limited, ELELCO srl, Albanian Ombudsman, Partnerë për fëmijë, ARSIS etj. During this period, she has been part of the process of writing, implementing and reporting of important projects financed by UNICEF, UNHCR, UNDP, BE, Porticus, FRA, Save the Children, Roma Education Fund, RYCO etj. In addition, she has been engaged in teaching as an external lecturer at the public University “Aleksandër Moisiu” Durrës.
She has published for national and international magazines such as International journal of ecosystems and ecology science (IJEES), Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics, Journal of Agriculture and Animal Production Science for Rural Development, Journal of Studies in Economics and Society, Journal “Economy and Transition. Mrs. Hoxholli has participated in national, regional and international conferences in Croatia, Greece, Belgium, Italy etj.
