The Bachelor of Business Administration (BAB) study program at POLIS Business School gives you an understanding of how companies and other types of organizations are structured and how they make decisions based on intuition, numbers and economic thinking, considering environmental sustainability and social. From BAB you will gain knowledge in the fields of international business, economy, finance, accounting, statistics, strategy, marketing, innovation and technology, as well as you will be skilled in the management of human resources and complex organizational processes. You will also learn how to handle communication challenges within the company and those outside it with the external environment and stakeholders. BAB aims to equip students with theoretical knowledge and skills
practice on entrepreneurship and business management, starting from small family businesses to corporations.

Employment opportunities

The theoretical-practical skills obtained from the BAB at POLIS Business School create a variety of cross-functional (including most business departments) and cross-sectoral (in the public and private sector) employment. Specifically, graduates from this program can be employed in various departments of the Public Administration, such as the procurement department,
finance, human resources, marketing, communication, etc. As for the private sector, BAB students have priority in departments such as human resources, economics, marketing, production and logistics, sales, customer relations, finance and accounting, quality management, etc. Also, self-employment through private and social enterprises remains a very attractive option in
today’s market trends.
