POLIS University announces that the application process for the transfer of studies in all Bachelor programs and 5-year Integrated programs, for the 2025–2026 academic year, started on September 1, 2025.

Application Criteria:

• Candidates must be students enrolled in accredited study programs, belonging to the same study cycle, offered by public or private higher education institutions, inside or outside the Republic of Albania, in the same or similar programs to those offered by POLIS University.
• Candidates must meet the admission criteria for the respective study program offered by POLIS University.

Documents to be submitted at the Admissions Office (September 1–12, 2025):

1. Completed application form (available at the Admissions Office);
2. Course description of the study program and syllabi;
3. Official transcript containing the list of courses with corresponding grades and credits;
4. Notarized copy of the State Matura Diploma accompanied by the grade list, or the high school diploma obtained abroad with its grade list;
5. If secondary education was completed abroad, an equivalence document issued by the Education Services Center of the Republic of Albania.

KEY DATES

• September 1–12, 2025 – Submission of applications at the Admissions Office
• September 17, 2025 – Announcement of applicants list
• September 23, 2025 – Evaluation of applications by the respective committees
• September 26, 2025 – Announcement of the final list of accepted candidates
• October 6–10, 2025 – Final registration of accepted candidates at the Academic Secretariat Office
• October 17, 2025 – Registration of accepted candidates for remaining vacant places
