ACADEMIC PROFILE
Dr. Shefqet Suparaku has completed the cycle of Bachelor studies (in 2006), Master of Science (in 2009) and Doctorate studies (in 2022) at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, “La Sapienza” University, Rome. He also holds a Professional Master’s degree in “Health Management” (2014), from the Institute of Higher Education “ISSAT”. Doctoral studies have had a special interest in scientific research in the field of “Management of Health Systems”.
In addition to the professional experience of 12 years in the field of finance, administration and consulting at several well-known private sector firms, he had the opportunity to be part of the part-time academic staff from 2011 onwards of several well-known universities in Albania. as Unv. Aleksandër Xhuvani (2011 – 2013), Unv. Kristal (2012 – 2013), Unv. i Mjekësisë Tiranë (UMT) (2012 e në vazhdim), Universiteti Europian i Tiranës – UET (2022 – 2023). In the period 2017 – 2019, he was a curriculum consultant in the “Health Management” Master, part of the HAP project (Health for All Project)). Currently, he is a full-time lecturer and coordinator of the Master’s program at the School of Business at Polis University.
Dr. Shefqet Suparaku has completed a series of trainings and qualifications in the field of Marketing and Management from international institutions, as well as author / co-author of several scientific articles in various conferences and magazines at home and abroad. His research areas include management, marketing, sustainable development and innovation.
