Floreta Aliaj

Floreta Aliaj graduated in Law from the University of Tirana (2007). He later completed “Master’s” qualifications in Librarianship (National Library and IZUM Slovenia); in Social Affairs and Human Resources (U-Polis and IHS/Erasmus University Rotterdam Netherlands), as well as in Business Administration (U-Polis and IPAG Paris France). Floreta has extensive work experience in office administration at the Co-PLAN Institute and as head of the “Service Offices” near Polis University. She has done specializations for the management of civil society structures in Ede, the Netherlands, and for local urban issues at IHS Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Floreta is the founder of the “Biblio-Polis” library of the Co-Plan Institute and later of Polis University, where she continues to contribute to the “Polis-Press” publishing house of Polis University, especially in facilitating the work between Polis-Press and the Library. National for equipping publications with ISBN / ISSN and negotiating the highest quality and economic contracts with printing companies for new publications.
