LATEST PUBLICATIONS

Floreta Aliaj was born in Elbasan. She completed her university studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, majoring in Law in 2006. She pursued postgraduate studies in the Professional Master program in Social Development and Human Resources at POLIS University. Additionally, she completed two-year postgraduate studies in Library Science at the National Library of Albania. During 2002–2003, she actively participated in the course “Empowering Local Government for Urban Management & Community-Based Development in Albania” (NUFFIC Program) at IHS, (Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies, the Netherlands). From 2000–2001, she participated in several international trainings and initiatives, including “Financial Management,” Management for the Development Foundation (MFZH), Ede, Netherlands, Human Resources Information & Documentation Systems, ACHR (Albanian Center for Human Rights) & HURIDOC, non-profit, etc. From 2007–2010, she worked as a Project Manager at Co-PLAN (Institute for Habitat Development). Since 2010, she has been working at POLIS University, contributing and holding various responsibilities, including that of Research Assistant, with a significant role in the POLIS _Press publication unit.
