Blerina Bektashi is a graduated “Electronic Engineer” in 2000 at Polytechnic University of Tirana, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Department of Electronic, specialized on Telecommunication profile.

EXPERIENCE

Right after her graduation, she joined on November 2000 the first mobile company in Albania, AMC, as specialist in CCBS sector of IT department.

On February 2009, she was promoted as Head of Billing Systems Unit in IT Department, AMC, Cosmote Group.

Then on July 2021 she was appointed Head of Billing Systems Section in IT Division, One Telecommunication and on July 2023 Manager of Billing, Mediation and FMS DevSecOps team in IT Group at ONE ALBANIA SHA.

Recently, on September 2024, she joined the academic staff of POLIS University as assistant lecture in Department of Scientific Research at Faculty of Research and Development.

With over 20 years of experience in telecommunications industry, specifically in billing systems and IT project coordination, she brings a unique set of skills and experiences in IT domain and management.
