On April 28, 2025, Career Fair 2025<\/strong> was successfully held at POLIS University, continuing a well-established tradition within our institution. This event brought together representatives from local and international businesses with POLIS students and alumni in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.<\/p>

The fair served as a dynamic space for interaction and networking, where representatives from well-known companies presented their profiles, career opportunities, and professional expectations, while students had the chance to engage directly with them, submit their CVs, and test their interview skills.<\/p>

The event also featured informative sessions, such as \u201cThe Labor Market in Focus\u201d<\/strong>, where industry leaders shared best practices and the latest developments in their respective fields. Participating companies, including Xlam Dolomiti<\/strong>, Century 21<\/strong>, and others, contributed with inspiring talks about current market demands, organizational culture, and the need for new talent.<\/p>

This event not only strengthened the collaboration between the university and the job market but also stood out as a transformative experience for students, helping them better prepare for their first steps into their careers.<\/p>
