These programs are realized with <em>60 credits and with a normal extension time of 1.5 academic years (or 3 semesters)<\/em>. They are designed for those who work and learn. Participants in these programs must have previously completed studies and graduated at least at the Bachelor&#8217;s level. But there are many participants who follow these programs after university studies (MSc), who do this specialization as<em> LLL education (Life Long Learning)<\/em> as an opportunity to specialize, adapt and promote in the labor market. At the end of the second cycle studies, a &#8220;<strong>Professional Master<\/strong>&#8221; university diploma is issued according to the study program.<\/p><p>The study programs of the second cycle &#8220;Professional Master&#8221; at U_POLIS are realized today based on the previous excellent experiences of international cooperation, in similar programs with 90 credits, which were implemented for more than a decade in cooperation with foreign institutions of higher education, which helped U-POLIS to raise its capacities, specifically as follows:<\/p><p>\u2022 with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihs.nl\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IHS<\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eur.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Erasmus University, Rotterdam Holland<\/a>, for the &#8220;Territory Policy and GIS Applications&#8221; program with specialties in: Housing, GIS, and Social Issues and Human Resources (within the framework of the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.netherlandsandyou.nl\/your-country-and-the-netherlands\/albania\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MATRA Social Transformation<\/a>&#8221; Program of the Dutch and Albanian governments)<\/p><p>\u2022 with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ltu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LTU Lawrence Technological University<\/a>, Detroit Michigan, USA; and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nitrosaggio.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nitro-Saggio<\/a> Research Group \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uniroma1.it\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La Sapienza University<\/a>, Rome Italy, for the &#8220;Parametric Design&#8221; program with specialties: Architecture, Aesthetic Structures, and Urban and Landscape Design.<\/p><p>These programs have just closed their operation successfully and have been reorganized based on Albanian legislation into 2 Professional Master programs with 60 credits, with extended time (3 semesters), in such a way that they come to the aid of those who work and study&#8221;<\/p><p>\u2022 Professional Master in <strong>Digital Architecture<\/strong> \u2013 (60 credits, 3 semesters, with extended time)<br \/>\u2022 Professional Master in <strong>Territorial Planning and GIS<\/strong> &#8211;
