POLIS University supports outgoing staff mobility in two forms:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for <\/span><b>teaching <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">purposes (Staff Mobility for Teaching &#8211; <\/span><b>STA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) and<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for <\/span><b>training <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">purposes (Staff Mobility for Training &#8211; <\/span><b>STT<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start the application process 2\u20133 months before the desired travel date to ensure sufficient time for nomination, document preparation, and institutional approvals \u2013 as mobility applications are processed either through nominations by the Sending Institution or within open call frameworks. Please complete it carefully, sign it, and have it signed by the responsible person at Polis University. Once finalized, submit the signed Mobility Agreement to the International Office of Host Institution for approval and signature.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Grant Agreement<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following the approval of the Mobility Agreement, the Host Institution will provide you with the <\/span><b>Grant Agreement <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">along with necessary information regarding your funding.
