Professional Diploma in Energy Efficiency<\/strong> (120 ECTC, 2 Academic Years)<\/h5>

POLIS University, within the framework of the TEMPUS project, offers a study program with a professional character, after secondary education, with 120 (one hundred and twenty) training credits, referring to level 5 of the Albanian Framework of Qualifications, the duration of which is 2 (two) academic years . At the end of the professional study program, a “Professional Diploma” is issued in accordance with the relevant regulations of the POLIS University.<\/p>

Professional profile
<\/strong>This professional program aims to provide basic formative and practical knowledge on issues and phenomena related to energy efficiency in general and especially in the home, to prepare students in the formation of a practical skill in an important field such as the use of energy with economic benefit in housing, to raise awareness in the issues of rational (efficient) use of energy and the introduction of calculation methods in the direction of the selection of the energy plant, with the aim of reducing carbon and using renewable energies as the future of clean energy. The program also aims to prepare technicians capable of performing practical field operations related to this field.<\/p>

Employment opportunities<\/strong><\/p>

Being a professional program with a special focus on professional practice, the program as a whole aims at the technical and professional preparation of students in energy efficiency. This profession or “craft” is in high demand today in the labor market and is really lacking in the national academic offer. In this sense, the chances for employment are great in various sectors such as: the public sector (municipality and municipality), the private sector such as construction businesses, electrical installation and HVAC companies, Albanian and foreign NGOs that deal with the implementation of projects in the field, etc. The program is very practical and the graduating students are ready to start working and apply the knowledge gained in the vocational school.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
