Since 2021, Samel Kruja is part of the academic staff of Polis University. During this period, she has been engaged as a lecturer in several courses with a focus on the environment and sustainable management.
Also, Samel Kruja has been engaged as a Quality Manager at the Environmental Laboratory of Polis University, contributing to the monitoring of the laboratory’s quality system and the implementation of internal audits.
She has considerable experience in coordinating international and national projects financed by the World Bank, RYCO, MAVA Fondation pour la Nature, HELVETAS Swiss Cooperation, RISI Albania, etc. Samel Kruja has been part of the research groups of several projects financed by the European Commission and implemented in Albania.
She is currently pursuing doctoral studies with a focus on the identification of models for the territorial optimization of public services, the evaluation of territorial governance in the planning and management of public services.
