Dr. Emanuela Toto studied in Italy at the Polytechnic University of the Marcheregion. She finished his bachelor’s and master’s degree with maximum results. In 2020, she received the degree of Doctor of Sciences.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Dr. Emanuela Toto has a long experience working with international research organizations and has implemented over 10 projects financed by the EU and the UN. The implemented projects include Albania, other Balkan countries and Italy. Dr. Emanuela Toto has participated in many conferences, workshops, etc. in which she was a presenter, trainer, convener, co-convener and speaker. She is also engaged in various voluntary organizations and has been evaluated by the authorities with a letter of reference for assistance after the 2019 earthquake for the realization of the Post-Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA). Dr. Emanuela Toto has various certificates and speaks English and Italian.
